Cancellation Policy

At Body Wellness, your appointment time is dedicated specifically to you.  We value your time and know that you value ours.  We send text and email confirmations 48 hours in advance of your appointment to help assist you in remembering your appointment.  

We request that any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment by phone call. Emailed cancellations will not be accepted. 

To ensure that our therapists get compensated for their time all cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of the service price to your credit card on file.  All No Shows will be charged 100% of the service price to your credit card on file.
